- Standing at 670 mm tall and with diameter of 114 mm, the 114 670 lightweight Telescopic Bollard has a compact design and is supplied in stainless steel with two yellow reflective bands as standard. This bollard is ideal for for sites that require adequate protection, whilst keeping an onus on site aesthetics and benefitting from a compact solution.
- Don’t let the compact design of the 114 670 Light Weight Telescopic Bollard fool you – with a 3.2 mm wall thickness, the bollard acts as a great visual and physical deterrent to protect your assets.
- In addition, all ATG Access telescopic bollards are fitted with anti-drill, Sold Secure Gold Standard Accredited, locking mechanisms, which have been attack tested, making it as difficult as possible for criminals to bypass the security bollard.
- Equipped with a moulded plastic handle, for easy grip when lifting and lowering the bollard, two yellow reflective bands for high visibility to drivers, especially in the dark and a lifting weight of only 9.7 kg, the 114 670 LW Bollard has been designed with ease of use in mind and is our lightest non-lift assisted bollard to date.
- Manufactured in the UK, this bollard has the ISO:9001 quality stamp so you can be sure you are buying a bollard that meets rigorous British standards.
In locations with a high water table, it may be advisable to consider removable bollards as opposed to fully retractable bollards. A high water table can vary due to seasonal changes so we are unable to guarantee that the outer casing will not hold water to some degree. How do telescopic bollard work?
Using one of our telescopic bollards is incredibly easy, here’s a simple 4 step guide to help you.
- In order to raise the bollard, first open the flap covering the bollard and then twist the handle. You can now lift the security post into the ‘up’ position.
- Once you have done this, simply press the lock down with your thumb to secure it in place.
- To lower the bollard again, turn the key in the lock and twist the handle. You can now gently lower the bollard into the outer casing.
- Close the lid to cover the bollard and you’re done!
