- Available in galvanised, black or RAL painted finish, in addition to the sleek stainless steel look you know and love, the bollard can easily be integrated into a sites aesthetics, whilst providing insurance company recommended protection.
- With an increased wall thickness of 5 mm (galvanised/black/RAL) and 6 mm (stainless steel), the 114 670 Heavy Duty Lift Assist Telescopic Bollard marries the advanced durability of our larger products, with the compact design of our 114 670 range. While the bollard may have heavy-duty performance, thanks to ATG Access’s special lift-assist technology, it has a lifting weight of only 7 kg, making it easier to lift and lower.
- Like all ATG Access telescopic bollards, the 114 670 Heavy Duty Lift Assist Telescopic Bollard is fitted with anti-drill, Sold Secure Gold Standard Accredited, locking mechanism. The lock has been attack- tested, to ensure it’s as difficult as possible for criminals to bypass the security bollard.
- The bollard is supplied as standard with an easy grip moulded plastic handle to further assist in lifting and lowering the bollard and two reflective yellow bands, increasing bollard visibility, especially when
- in the dark. If you’re looking for something more discreet it’s also available with a folding stainless steel handle.
- Manufactured in the UK, this bollard has the ISO:9001 quality stamp so you can be sure you are buying a bollard that meets rigorous British standards.
In locations with a high water table, it may be advisable to consider removable bollards as opposed to fully retractable bollards. A high water table can vary due to seasonal changes so we are unable to guarantee that the outer casing will not hold water to some degree. How do telescopic bollards work?
Using one of our telescopic bollards is incredibly easy, here’s a simple 4 step guide to help you.
- In order to raise the bollard, first open the flap covering the bollard and then twist the handle. You can now lift the security post into the ‘up’ position.
- Once you have done this, simply press the lock down with your thumb to secure it in place.
- To lower the bollard again, turn the key in the lock and twist the handle. You can now gently lower the bollard into the outer casing.
- Close the lid to cover the bollard and you’re done!
